Every love story deserves flowers that feel as one-of-a-kind as the couple holding them.

Your Floral Investment at a Glance

Every Flori wedding is designed as a complete visual story — from the ceremony arch to the final petal on your reception table. Our proposals are shaped by your venue, your aesthetic, and the moments that matter most to you. We do not design in isolation; we design the room.

Personal Florals

This includes the couple’s personal flowers such as bouquets or boutonnieres as well as the pieces your closest people will carry and wear on your wedding day. These elements are present in nearly every photograph, especially for our couples, so making them extra special is our top priority.

Ceremony Designs

This is where the magic truly begins. Your ceremony backdrop sets the tone for the most meaningful moment of your day.

  • Average investment: $2,300

Ceremony designs vary widely based on your venue and vision. Whether you are dreaming of lush arch installations, romantic aisle meadows, or elegant pew markers, I will design a ceremony space that takes your breath away when you walk down the aisle. Ceremony investments typically begin from around $300 for simple aisle accents and $5,000 or more for grand-scale installations.

Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour is all about setting the mood for celebration while your reception space gets its finishing touches.

  • Average investment: $500

From bud vases on highboy tables to lush bar arrangements, cocktail hour florals add warmth and welcome to this transitional moment. Many of my couples find that even a small investment here creates a beautiful impact.

Reception Flowers & Decor

Your reception is where your floral vision truly comes to life. This is the space your guests will spend the most time in, and the right tablescapes make every seat feel like the best seat in the house.

  • Average investment: $2,500

Reception florals encompass everything from sweetheart table designs and head table garlands to guest table centerpieces and bud vase collections. This is often the area where couples invest the most, and for good reason: your reception flowers create the atmosphere your guests will remember for years to come. Every reception design I create is tailored to your specific table layout, room dimensions, and aesthetic. Farmhouse tables call for a completely different approach than round guest tables, and a ballroom ceiling height changes everything about how centerpieces are scaled. I take all of these details into account so that every arrangement feels intentional in your space. Depending on guest count and table styling, reception table investments typically range from $300 to $4,300.

  • Average investment: $65

A small but beautiful finishing touch. Fresh blooms placed on or around your wedding cake tie your floral story together from ceremony to dessert. I coordinate directly with your baker to make sure every petal is placed with care.

Designed for Your Space, Not from a Template

Our team does not work from a catalog of pre-made arrangements. Every single design we create starts with your venue, your vision, and the specific spaces where your day will unfold. When we visit your venue or review your floor plan, we are thinking about how the light hits your ceremony arch at 5 PM, how tall the ceilings are in your reception hall, what your guests will see when they walk through the door, and how florals can transform each of those moments.

This is why two weddings with the same budget can look completely different. A couple getting married under an oak tree at a farm needs a different approach than a couple exchanging vows in a Catholic church. Farmhouse tables need different centerpiece proportions than round banquet tables. A ballroom with soaring ceilings calls for elevated arrangements that would overwhelm an intimate garden reception. We design for the room, not just the table.

What Influences Your Investment

Several factors shape your customized proposal, including:

  • Bloom selection and seasonality as certain flowers carry different price points throughout the year.

  • Guest count and number of tables directly impact reception costs.

  • Venue logistics and the number of distinct spaces that need florals (ceremony, cocktail, reception),

  • Installation complexity, and any specialty mechanics or rentals required

We also love the idea of repurposing ceremony pieces into the reception space whenever possible — this creates a cohesive visual thread from your ceremony through to the last dance, and allows each space to feel considered and complete.
